Could any body help me to write a letter to empassy about changing my surname?could you give me a letter model

ie;i want to use sugeenthiran as a surname,now i am using indrasithu as a surname.these changes have to make my current passport?i conducted my empassy.they ask aletter.if i submit passport, my birthcertificate & this letter.i can change.so,please help me to write a letter.

I suggest you go to a school someplace that teaches English writing, and ask them.  It would be too difficult to create a letter here on this cite.  Your lack of real understanding of English usuage will not help you to write a good letter.  I assume you want to make a good impression, and this is a dreadful example of writing.  If you are not able to get to a school, then try and find someone who knows how to write English.  Just because you can speak it, does not mean you can write it.  I am fluent in 7 languages, but I can only write 3 of them well enough to write a letter, or report, etc.  So do yourself a favor, and find someone to help you.
