Could any migrant worker from N.Z. or Australia in Canada offer advise to these questions?

Does anyone have feedback for the following. I live in Vancouver,B.C and noticed a lot of Kiwi's and Australians that have migrated here. What Common Wealth Nations-can a Canadian born citizen obtain duo citizenship with one of the Countries? How can a Canadian citizen obtain duo citizenship with New Zealand? Are Canadians well received in New Zealand? How can I move to New Zealand as a permanent resident/citizen if my profession is not listed as a bonus point for entry? thank you.

If you were to ask the Kiwi's and Australians you are noticing if they were given Canadian citizenship as a friendly gesture between commonwealth nations, they would say no.  They had to immigrate to Canada just like anybody else.
