Could any one help me regarding H1 stamping, which consulate is more likely to give H1 Visa.?

I finished my masters 2006 got my H1b approved last year and now I am in the process of stamping. Which country/consulate should I opt for ? Could any one help.

If you had a legitimate degree in a legitimate specialty occupation, and had a legitimate job offer with a US employer sponsoring you, you would not have any issues getting your stamping, irregardless of what consolate you go to. The fact that you are even asking this question tells us that you are trying to use some loophole in the system and slip something by an easy going consolate inspector. If that is the case, stay home please, leave the H-1B quota for those of us who earned it properly.
