Dear friend, first cut your video file using video cutter, which you want to convert to audio. than use imtoo mpeg encoder software to convert video file to mp3 format or any other format like wma.

u can easily do that if u have the video file in .mpg format if not convert it to mpg using a video converter software which is easily available if u can't find download it from the following link...........

then open WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER (u will surely have it) and add that video and drag it 2 the timeline and dont bring it in video,,, bring it in audio it will come in the audio tab then save the file 2 ur computer and what more u can also trim the audio file as u wish.

if u try this it will definitely work.
