Could anybody tell me which train I can take to reach Ranchi from Hyderabad/Secunderabad?

Is there a direct train? If not which is the best way to get to Ranchi by train?

There is no direct train as far as I remember. It used to be on Meter Gauge once. Ranchi is a sort of Hill Station. It is in Chhotanagpur Hills.

You will have to change . So go to irtc.com. You will be able to see how you could go. Maybe via Gaya or Howrah. Good connections from Howrah.
