i love the fruit leeches i don't know if I'm spelling right and what other fruit is related to to this fruit so far i have seen the red one and the brown color one i also know there is another one with the green color but in the UNITED STATES ONLY IN THE SPANISH GROCERY YOU SEE THE ONE WITH THE GREEN SKIN I WANT TO KNOW IN WHAT COUNTRY THIS FRUIT ORIGINATED FROM COULD ANYBODY TELL ME I'M JUST CURIOS

The fruit you are referring to the lychee.  It is native to China, and grows throughout South and Southeast Asia.  There are many fruits related to it like rambutans and longans.  I believe the green kind you may be referring to is the mamoncillo.  This fruit grows throughout Central America and the Carribbean.
