Could anyone fix three red lights

Question

hi everyone. My xbox got three red lights. Its still has warranty but the sticker is ripped off. I never actually got to play it i bought it from a friend. I know there is something online to fix it by yourself but I'm not good with this stuff. Does anyone have any suggestions or know someone who could fix it for an extremely cheap price. You could leave your email or #. When i bought it i thought microsoft will repair it without a sticker but i was wrong. Please any help is appreciated
