Could anyone give me some suggestions I need to pay attention to when I work as an executive assistant?

which country r u in?  what type of org?

punctuality - of work, arrival.

if  dont know find out, exhaust all means of enquiry or guessing then ask. for the first few  weeks, its fine.

sometimes all we need is lots of commonsense.  dont rush off at 5pm. dont follow the crowd.  sometimes when too busy lunch in.  

exhibit initiative, do extra without saying thats not my task.

show a radiant face - happy, no frown.

dress nicely but not outlandish - u want others to concentrate on their work.
