Could anyone help me find consultants who help in relocating and finding jobs (IT) in the UK?

Located in bangalore and working in an MNC one of my friends wants to try onsite opportunities in the UK or other European countries. This is for IT related jobs (Java, C, C++ & Database). If you have any information in this regard please share.
