Buckwheat extract.

Hops extract.

Blueberry extract.

Galangal extract.

I've tried looking up what they do on the net, but I'm obviously looking on the wrong websites.

Many thanks to those who can help me.

  1. Research suggests that buckwheat extract may be very effective at lowering blood glucose levels.

Hops extract is a commonly used sleep aid.

Blueberry extract has been used to treat diarrhea and urinary disorders.  It is also quite effective, when applied topically, to control eczema.

Galangal extract is used to treat nausea, flatulence, and dyspepsia.  The plant is similar to ginger, which has the same medicinal uses.

  2. Buckwheat has soluble fiber in it (as well as Rutin, which helps for capillary strength and circulation), so it helps with cholesterol health.

    Hops are good for relaxation.

Blueberry is a great antioxidant, so it helps to protect your cells.

Galangal isn't listed in many places as a beneficial herb (most of what I can find makes reference to it being used in folk medicine and voodoo), but it's traditionally been used in Asia as an aphrodisiac and/or stimulant.
