I need to practice this off-season much much more than I did last year when I was just going into high school and was lazy. Sure summer is almost over, but I have about 3 weeks left to hit it crazy hard, and then decently hard once school starts until the regular season.

So could anyone provide me with a in-depth off-season practice guide of what drills and the amount of times to do them. What lifts, plyometrics, and the amount of reps for those. All of this would be greatly appreciated.

PS: If you need any extra information such as height, weight, position, etc. just let me know.

  1. run suicides til you fall

then practice on shooting. cause its when you are physically and mentally tired that you make mistakes. so practice making fewer mistakes when you are fatigued and itll help you in a game.

try starting at the baseline, sprint to 3 point line and touch it, then turn around as someone passes you the ball and shoot it right away. then go sprint to the 3 point line, touch it again turn around and shoot. and do this for a minute

shoot free throws. i always finished with free throws. wouldnt leave the gym til i made 15 in a row.

practic dribbling, over and over and over. doesnt matter if you are small and quick or huge and slow, you need to be able to dribble.

good luck, you can add to this if you want
