  1. 8.5 because of your WR.

  2. You might want to get rid of Shockey considering he might not play for the Giants. Giants' D is also an unknown at this point. Good team - I'd say an 8.

  3. I give it an 7 get a better back like Barber or LJ w/o breaking the bank for LT or AP

Waaaaay toooooooo many G-Men and Shockey blows drop or trade the cry baby

  4. Brees has been hot and cold.  An important note is that a solid qb will have either good games (and carry you team in your fantasy match that week) or solid games (where his performance gives your team a chance to win).  With Brees, you also get bad games (where he single handedly leads your team to defeat because of his poor performance).  My opinion is that at the end of the season, Brees looks better than he actually plays over the course of the season.   Because of this, I find him to be the 10th or 11th best qb option.  Same can be said about the NYG's Def.

I am also highly concerned that the Giants run game is going to take a big step backwards this year.  Your RB selections are almost all NYGs.  Why did Jacobs and Ward (and Rudi for that matter get injured last year?  I think it's b/c of the way they were used (as punishing rb's who attacked tacklers rather than running around tacklers).  This type of RB generally has a shorter life span in the league and typically sees their production decline rather rapidly after a couple years (see S. Alexander...although I recognize J. Bettis is an exception to this line of thinking).  You probably already considered this, as you selected not one, but two NYG backup RBs (probably in anticipation of injuries).  To me, not having a single RB who can reliably carry your team seems like playing with fire.

Also, you have drafted three tight ends on your team...(I would never advise doing such a thing unless you were in a 2 TE league)...and none of your TEs can be reliably counted on.

    I do like your WRs.

You might not like me saying this, but I cant justify giving your team better than a rating of 3.5.

  5. Throw out Randy Moss or Reggie Wayne as trade bait and try to get a better running back...I don't see you winning your league without a LaDanian Tomlinson, Adrian Peterson, or Joseph Addai in your backfield.  Right now you get a 7.5, upgrade your running back and you could get a 10.  Try packaging Rudi Johnson and Brandon Marshall for a big game back.

  6. just having breese at qb is automatic fail.

And how come marcus trufant isnt at cb?

    or lofa at line backer?

    patrick kerny at de?
