Could anyone tell me how to get a salvage title for my vehicle?

i purchased a junk truck and was needing to get a title for it..i was going to redo..the truck needs a motor and all..but i would like to get a title for it..can anyone help..

you can get a title after the vehicle is rebuilt and pass inspection. you present the inspection and insurance at the dmv for that.

at current condition the vehicle can be sold with a bill of sale, just like a piece of furniture.
