Could being born to French parents, but living in Oxford for seven years and picking up an English dialect make you Anglo-French?

  1. Living in a country other than France does not automatically make you a citizen of that country...

If you have lived seven years in Oxford, you must have an excellent british accent (not a dialect), but that doesn't make you "anglo-french"!

It just makes you bi-lingual, which in itself is fantastic!

  2. This makes you French (I assume you were also born in France), and bilingual.
