If human cloning becomes legal in the United States in the near future, could we see a U.S. swim team comprised of only Michael Phelps's?

Or, is there an Olympic rule specifically banning the use of clones?

  1. I think that if cloning were legalized that there would almost immediately be a rule to ban it, anyway how how interesting would it be to watch with a "phelps army" on tap!
