Six facts ...

1. Corporations utilize illegal immigrants as cheap disposable labor.

2. Corporations contract billions of dollars of goods and services to prisons.

3. Prison populations are on the rise.

4. Illegal immigrants are often left untouched by the legal system after commiting various crimes (drunk driving, assault, theft, ect)

5. It has been reported that , whites and blacks trump the number of any other races in our prison system.

6. Patriot act -- do I need to say more

Summary:

Am I wrong to conclude that Corporations that fund prisons, could be affecting our legal system to only go after natrive born citizens, for any and every crime possible. So that they could profit off their incarceration, while rducing their overhead by hiring illegal immigrants.

Just a thought I had...

  1. Corporations send their labor to Mexico.

Prison populations check out the link about LA and that:

  2. Despite what may be reported in mainstream media there is most definitely an increased crime rate as a result of illegal immigration. I've lived in southern Arizona, about 45 miles north of the Mexican border, for over eight years now. We live in a low-crime are, but during our time here my family and I have suffered a few assaults and one burglary attempt... all at the hands of illegals. Like many living near us, we consistently contact the appropriate authorities and the culprits are usually apprehended, but the statistics concerning these events are never included in the crime calculations reported by the local media.

I have acquaintances who work for Border Patrol, and they've all told me that they are required to keep silent about the prevalence of violent crimes committed by illegals if they want to keep their jobs. Is there a written mandate concerning this? No, of course not. How foolish would it be to put into writing "you must not reveal the truth"?

I can only speak of my personal experiences and what I've witnessed or been told by those close to me, and it is my strongest belief that there is far more to the picture than what is being presented to us by the media and our politicians. Those of us who live with it, who see it first hand and who suffer under it understand.

So is it possible that these Corporations could be affecting our legal system? Absolutely! But I don't think this corruption is exclusive to those funding the prison as "cheap labor" is coveted in many industries and business owners. Since Arizona began to enact labor laws concerning the employment of illegals there has been no shortage of complaints from all sorts of business owners. It's terribly inconvenient for them to have to pay minimium wage, taxes and workman's compensation for ALL of their employees.

And regarding the argument that the illegals contribute more to this country than they take, I would invite anyone who thinks this to please take the time to research the matter further. What about the cost of "free healthcare" for the illegals and their families? What about welfare? What about the cost of having to create entire programs in the public education system to teach the children of illegals how to speak English? What about the hospitals that have closed down as a result of provided "free" medical care to illegals? What about all the vehicles that have been stolen by illegals trying to make their way deeper into the coutnry?

The issue is not as simple as "they spend their money here". It would be pretty to think so, but it's also horribly naive. Please search any of the following sites for a more complete picture of the problem. 3. I don't know where you get your info, or if you just make it up as you go along. Of course the corporate system profits from the prison system. Why do you think we have the largest prison populaion per capita of any industrilize country? But unless it's a very serious crime (murder Rape Robbery) They are deported home to return and do it again. Kill a border guard, get deported, Mexico sets them frre. Watch the news it's on CNN.

  4. You are wrong on that one!

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Immigrants are far less likely than the average U.S.-born citizen to commit crime in California, the most populous state in the United States, according to a report issued late on Monday.

People born outside the United States make up about 35 percent of California's adult population but account for about 17 percent of the adult prison population, the report by the Public Policy Institute of California showed.

According to the report's authors the findings suggest that long-standing fears of immigration as a threat to public safety are unjustified. The report also noted that U.S.-born adult men are incarcerated at a rate more than 2 1/2 times greater than that of foreign-born men.

"Our research indicates that limiting immigration, requiring higher educational levels to obtain visas, or spending more money to increase penalties against criminal immigrants will have little impact on public safety," said Kristin Butcher, co-author of the report and associate professor of economics at Wellesley College.

  5. ok and what is it than u said u been smoking !?

the undocumented do benefit America , they are less likely to commit crimes than native born , most pay Taxes and do not get them back , they need to be legalized so the rest which do not pay taxes start doing so and those who abuse of their illegality are not able to do it anymore . once they get legalized two sectors which are having problems right now will benefit greatly one being housing and construction and the other anything related to flying in airplanes , in fact both of those sectors will recover right away after the legalization of the undocumented .

patriot act is there thanks to a wrong choice by the majority of the Americans who voted for Bush TWICE not because of any American corporation .
