Could cosmetic surgeries be payed for in cash on the spot?

I dont have a credit card and dont really want to get one just for this so can i pay in cash after the procedure is completed?

if for some reason you cannot, you can buy re-useable "credit cards" from stores such as walmart. They're through mastercard and visa, so most places that accept major credit cards will accept those.

Cash still works. Just tell them what you plan to do up front. I'm sure your money will be good.
