  1. If he can beat Rampage, I wouldn't bet against him when he meets up with Liddell.

I'd like to see that fight happen. Could be interesting. I didn't expect much from the Griffin/Jackson fight, but it turned out to be  well worth watching.

As most people have said, on any given day ANYone can win their match in the octagon!

  2. I don't see it happening

Liddell is way more aggressive than Rampage was

I know he has a more tecnique based style but I see Liddell winning that fight

  3. That would make for a great fight. I think that because Rampage suffered that leg injury so early in the fight, we never got to see how he Forrest would handle someone with Rampage's power coming forward for a whole 5 rounds.

Rampage and Chuck have that same type of one punch KO power. I would love to see Chuck vs. Forrest. Both have huge heart and I think it would be an absolute war. I know Chuck's beginning the down side of his career but I love the guy and hope he can get the win in September to set up this fight.

  4. Chuck would probably be Forest's hardest opponent.  Liddell get's beat up by the superior striker Rampage because he knows that boxing is exciting, puts fans in seats, and gets him the highest paychecks in MMA; so he refuses to ground fight with him.  Wanderlei Silva, who Chuck can beat, can beat Rampage a lot harder than Forest can.  Forest can beat Rampage on the ground, but can't beat Rampage standing up either, and in my opinion, he can't beat Chuck at striking.

Beating Chuck on the ground is going to be really tough.  Chuck has to be exceptional at Jiu Jitsu to go his entire career without ever being submitted.  He didn't even tap out when Jeremy Horn choked him unconsious.  We see Chuck striking, because that's what it takes to be the highest paid mixed martial artist, but his grappling is exceptional.  Like I said, never been submitted.

  5. i think so, forrest has really good footwork so he could stay out of liddell's power range

  6. he just beat rampage, im not losing any more money betting against forrest.

  7. Absolutely. Rampage was a hard-hitter, so is the Ice man. Forrest's ground work could easily do work on Liddel. As for the Rampage vs. Forrest fight -- I think in order to become the champ you have to really 'BEAT' the champ. Although he did an AWESOME, AWESOME job, the fight was so close the champ should have gotten the advantage, and the win.
