Yes we would. The winter season would be longer, the summer shorter and spring and fall cooler. Some crops wouldn't be grown anymore, faster ones would have to come in. My guess is today's average temperature would shift about 500 miles South. So what is the normal temperature in northern Canada would become normal near the U.S. border.
So Northern Illinois would become (temperature-wise) like central canada, and Tennessee like Northern Illinois. People will move south and fewer will live in the northern states.
