i sometimes see these people who eat really healthy and work out but aren't skinny, then i see other people do the same thing and ARE skinny. i know i should be more concerned with just being healthy, but i seriously can't bear the thought of not being skinny (i know, i'm retarded, but i can't help it).

anyway, could i be skinny and still be healthy? i'm 5'5" 134 lbs. i would consider skinny anything under 110 lbs....so what should i do?

  1. Cardio fitness 3-4 times a week is your best guess.

Go job for 30-45minutes (or more if your comfortable), walk, bike ride, jump rope, something to get your heart going!

This will help you burn fat, raise your metabolism, and keep you fit and healthy!

    Good luck!

  2. Some people have a fast metabolism meaning that they process their food faster, so they are mostly skinny people. Other people have a slow metabolism and they are generally slightly bigger. Of course you can be skinny and still healthy! People are born with their metabolism rates so you can't really control if you have a fast/slow. But you can do cardio workouts like swimming, running, and jogging everyday and eat more fruits and veggies, and try and eat one mouthful (or a couple) less than you normally would.

  3. Go and live in countries which are facing famines. You wouldn't even need to exercise. Seriously, it is great to be healthy, to have the means to have nutritious diet. I can't think of why people want to be skinny.

I know I haven't been very helpful in this post. But please, think over why you want to become skinny. If you are healthy, you can enjoy so many things.

P.S : No offense intended towards any country. I understand that famines, etc. aren't trivial things, but I needed to say that to drive the point home.
