Could i be being followed by something paranormal? (DONT leave rude answers, if u dont belive, dont answer!!)

Question

when i was a child (from birth to age 6) i lived in a trailer with my sister and my parents and anytime pictures would be taken of me, youd see a mist, fog, bright white sport or id be surrounded by a TON of orb like things (im talking 30 - 50 ALL AROUND ME) and when i was younger i had these immaginery friends... when id talk to them... things around my house wouold happen, doors would open or close facuets would come on things would fall over, (there names were ah-tomhas and ali) and when i was about 3 i said they died in a house fire, shortly after that, the house would sumtimes REEK of burning wood. and then afterwards i had another immaginery friend his name was the little blue boy he flew outta my toilet in the middle of the night (only at night) and sat on my shower rod and talk to me (i still remember to this day wat he looked like) an that happpend every night until we moved (when i was 6) to a nicer bigger house (3 story, counting the basement) and thats when the little blue boy dissapered. and then when we took my b-day pics, first day of school pics, x-mas pics, any kidna of pics.. if it had me in it, it had the orbs, the fog, mist, half the picture would be white or black, STILL! and ever since weve lived in this house our thermastat changes on its own (its one of those tht u spin) but for about 6 years (til i was 12) the "weird" things started to not happen as much. but here lately (im 13 now) things have been starting to happen.

I was with my mom in the living room and my ipod in my bedroom had turned on by itself (it was hooked into speakers) and it started playing, i thought i had prolly jst set the alarm or sumthing so i turned it off and about 5 minutes later, it came back on, so i went back upstairs and turned it off again. but it happened again like 10 minutes later and so this time i went and put it on hold (it has to be slid over its an ipod nano) and i went back down stairs, about 30 minutes later it went off again, i went up stairs to check it.. the hold was turned of the button had been slid back over. then jst last night i was up stairs and i walked in my room and my stero turned on right as i walked in the volume was going up and down and the stations kept changing so i walked over and turned it off and i went in my parents room to tell them and my mom said, Funny, we were jst talking about how all these weird like gohst things seem to follow u all the time and all the creepy stuff happens to u when the rom all of a sudden got MUUCH darker then it was starting at the window working its way over to the other side (which would be the wall that we share) and no more then 5 seconds later, u came in and told us about ure stero. so im like ok thts creey!! (tht kinda stuff really doesnt bother me, ghosts and stuff... idk why) and i went back into my room to get wat i was going to get and my stero came on right as i was leaving... i jst turned it off and went down stairs. and while i was down there it was prolly 1:00 - 1:30 when i noticed a light came on upstiars but i heard no one walking around so i went upstiars and there was no sign of anyone had beeing up, the door was locked and it was the only light on and i didnt know wat to do so i jst went down stairs and got back on the computer

I don't believe in lots of things. But that doesn't mean I can't be respectful in telling you exactly what I actually think. I don't like the disrespectful answers, and I thumbs-down them every chance I get. In rare cases, I might give a violation notice if I see that there is a personal attack.

Orbs aren't ghosts. While they are considered paranormal, they tend to be rare, and they certainly don't appear to act with much in the way of intelligence. Some investigators think they're essentially plasma, and are picked up by equipment because they're just beyond normal sight into the infrared. However, this theory has never been proved.

The creeping darkness is something I've heard lots about before, but never directly experienced. In general, this seems to be in line with some demonic activity, and a holy person whom you trust can actually perform a brief blessing on the place in order to help with these (I still don't understand why this works, but there are things both Christian and non-Christian that work just fine to cast out unwanted spirits).

The remainder of the activity does seem to be in line with warning-type activity, so that is at least a comfort: the others are there to try to protect you! Take comfort in that. You might ask them to be a little less frightening to you, though... alternately, you could heed their warning and tell them ahead of time that you're going to bring in a priest to cast out the evil spirits, etc., but be careful that a qualified demonologist (someone who studies demons) is the one to do it, or you might find yourself without the others, too.

As to the original question, there's no reason to suspect that it's not possible that someone or something is following you throughout your life. Whatever it is, though, if it had the intent of harming you, it would have done so long ago. You may also want to see if a local group could come in and investigate. Because I don't know where you are, I've given you the listing page from the TAPS web site of groups that are local to many areas.

But to now debunk it (as I can neither tell you for sure that what's happening is paranormal or not), there are lots of things that could be working in conjunction (see the other answers). My best advice in this case is to look for normal causes for the effects you're experiencing. Replace the batteries and update the firmware in your iPod. Have an electrician check the lights. Make sure that something you're experiencing isn't just your imagination running away with you! Things aren't always what they seem to be.

I'll have to trust that you can be brave enough to do what's right in your own situation. However, if possible you may want to ask the parents to help you figure out what's really happening, here. It's scary enough to be dealing with stuff like this if you have nobody you can turn to.

So ... you ask if it could be paranormal, and then tell us not to answer if we don't think it is?  What was the point of this question?

It sounds like you just listed every weird thing that every happened to you.  If you could replicate that camera effect with other cameras and other people taking the picture, that's the only interesting thing I see here - the rest is an overactive imagination (like all kids) and possibly bad wiring.  There's nothing paranormal there.

There's nothing wrong with you, I blame your parents for encouraging you to see normal happenings as evidence of the paranormal, as adults they should know better.

Did your parents teach you to swear like that too?

If you come on an open forum and ask for people's opinions why are you getting upset when you get them?

No I don't think you are being followed by something paranormal and things like the volume on your stereo changing is caused by the appliance malfunctioning in some way, and your mommy should have told you instead of that you were being followed by a ghost.

Unfortunately parents aren't right about everything all of the time which at your age you would have already worked out for yourself anyway.

I do not think that you have been followed (meaning from house to house) but you might be a beacon or light source for the activity.  spirits and ghost could possibly be drawn to your energy.  the best thing to do is to take control of the situation is tell them to back off.  Sometimes, it is as simple as that and they will comply.  Sometimes they do not.  If that does not work andyour father has witnessed the activity, ask him to get in touch with a paranormal research group in your area.  They will be happy to come and council you and your family.  They will do an investigation and let you know what they did or did not find.  Most of the time, there is no charge for their services.

Don't listen to the 1st person I am 13 and orbs and people who r dead and other paranormal things follow me all the time when I was 3 I had an imaginary friend that was a girl her name was ally and when i turned 11 I learned she was killed and found in the walls if our basement then for a while she would be every wher in all my pics and every thing so pirits can folo u around I still see them today!!!

I don't want to bum you out or anything but I don't see anything paranormal here. I mean, you're 13, of course you are going to believe in ghosts and spirits, but I don't see much here to think you're being followed by anything. Cheap cameras, imaginary friends, false memories from when you were a tiny tot, an Ipod with buggy software, clouds casting shadows and forgotten lamps left on... all pretty much normal if you ask me.

I believe you. I am just wondering why you and your parents haven't done anything about it. Please consider getting rid of this spookness. Some of it might be explained by the wind or electrical problems. And there much is unexplainable except by calling it paranormal activity.

Sometimes the paranormal activity can be quickly gotten rid of by blessing the house. Pray over water, that makes is holy water.

Get a handful of Sage. Room by room go around the paramater of each room sprinkling small amounts of the holy water. Wave the sage in your hand. If you have a bible carry it with you. Repeat a chant like statement over and over again. Do the same around your house and especially at each corner. Basement and attic and garage too if you have them. Say something like "Go away, you don't belong here anymore. Go and never come back. You are dead, go to God. Go and never return, in the name of God leave us alone"

That might just end things.It could be that the experiences are fallowing you and not you happening to live in two haunted houses.

Meaning, when you move they move with you.

I know you are in a new house, but if the spirits didn't move with you then your house must be built over a place where people lived in the past. And they still think theyguidelinese. Either way, you need to try and get rid of the ghosts before there becomes more of a problem.

Read all you can about Ghosts and apparitions etc. Do a computer search for a local paranormal research group.. They will check you out for free. They fallow scientific guidlines.

There is no way you and your family need to live like this.

And shame on the people who have said rude things to you.

Let them experience this and they too will be shook to the core.

First of all orbs are miss identification, mist can be caused by many factors, fog is simple to explain. But I am not seeing anything paranormal and I am pretty sure I can debunk almost all of those things, but in short no I do not believe you are being followed by anything paranormal.
