i missed my june period and im really cranky and emotional latly and having pain in lower pelvic area also i just had a baby boy in feb c-section and cover every thing in ranch dressing? feel im going to vomit when i smoke or drink

Take a test fast.  Pain down there could indicate an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy.   Very dangerous.
