  1. If you want to be a gymnast for a hobby and not competition, then you can...but to be a competitior, i think you are too late. If you start it as a child, even the unflexible children stay flexible if they keep streching from childhood on. But if you are not bendy, you can work on that, but cannot be as flexible as the girls you see on TV.

I think you can do it as a hobby though, Google some kind of gym in your area, I bet you will find courses where ppl like you want to learn it. It would be great fun for myself to do too.

Btw, try yoga too, that makes you flexible if you do it often.

  2. I don't think so. Sorry!

  3. NOP

  4. you need to be more bendy.

  5. Maybe not an olympic one but yea sure maybe U could do the vault for a local team.

  6. You need a gymnastics coach to make that assessment for you

  7. Get an assessment at your local gym and if you have any potential - join a gym and start learning.

  8. if you're really not bendy then no.

  9. Try archery instead.

  10. you need to get a panal mat and do over splits. for a bendy back you need to go into a bridge, put your thumbs together, and straighten you legs for 30 sec. a few times a day. if you do these stretches when your watching tv, on the computer, things like that. trust me on this.
