  1. lol. i just got through brushing my teeth! and I think you mean baking soda! I suppose you want whiter teeth? would you rather spend thousands of dollars at the dentist or whiten your teeth with ingredients from home? i'm guessing the second option.

here's what you need to do... buy the biggest cheapest bottle of mouth wash you can. if you have one already, dump it out. fill it up with half hydrogen peroxide and half water. mix well. this will be your mouthwash. use it when you brush your teeth.

next, make a homemade toothpaste. get a cup. put baking soda and peroxide in it. mix until it's a paste. this will take trial and error. brush with that 3x a week. it's nasty, but worth it. brush with regular toothpaste IMMEDIATELY after.

this takes a bit of time. if you want to see your progress, take a few pics of your teeth now, then again a month later, before & after.

  2. haha! I'v tried that. It works if you wanna use it to whiten your teeth. Just don't put too much because then u get a bad taste in your mouth lol good luck

  3. Yes, you could, but make sure that toothpaste has a very strong flavor or you will get a terrible taste. Just to make sure, you know, baking SODA should be used, not baking POWDER. There's a big difference lol.

  4. Yeah my friend does that, and it seems to work.  Or you could just buy Arm&hammer
