  1. No. You can get a ticket for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

  2. SURE YOU CAN ___ BUT if you do get stopped by the police you will get a ticket and your parents will get the opportunity to go to court with you and you will also have to do some community service ... Follow the law and do not drive on the streets ...  it would be best if you pick a deserted parking lot and use that private property to practice driving .. it ain't worth the chance of having an accident and besides all this the insurance on your parents car is """ NO GOOD """  and will not pay if you are in an accident -- even if you are not at fault .. do it right or DON'T....

  3. Not legally, but as long as your driving safely and with your folks I don't know of a cop who would arrest or charge you with anything . Good luck drive safe.

  4. it doesn't really matter, as long as u don't get caught! I mean when your like 14 or something, then u can do it and if your on private property. U could also go like, around the neighborhood and stuff like that.

  5. The only way you could is to be on private property.

  6. NO!  That would be driving without a license, you and your parents could be fined and you may not be allowed to get your license until you are 18.  Also if anything did happen your parents insurance may not cover it.  Just wait.  Or stay off public roads.

  7. You're not allowed to do that.

Plus, thats the whole point of what your permit is for

  8. you could practice with your parents for the permit. thats wat im doing. about the cop thing it all depends on the cop some cops are ok with the fact that ur parents are teaching you and some dont care it they are or not. but it all depends on the cop

  9. Hi: u don't need to practice for a permit thats what a permit is for.. get the permit n then pracitice..If the cops stop u and they don't know your parents( like next door neighbors)  U may get a ticket..have fun.

  10. No, not on public roadways.  Your parent could get ticketed, perhaps worse -- I don't know that the punishment would be.
