Could i get my money back from ups?

i just ordered a backpack this wensday online, and i needed it by next tuesday so i used 2 day air, i ordered it sorta late at night so i figured it would probably come saturay but i just check there site and it said its on time for a arrival date of september 2, tuesday, and i need it by monday, which means its going to take 5 days ( i didnt include sunday) for my package to get here with 2 day air! is that right?

2nd day air means it would come the 2nd business day after you ordered it.  Since you ordered late Wednesday, it was really a Thursday order.  Saturday, Sunday & Labor Day are not business days.  You are getting it the 2nd business day.  

Also, I'm guessing you paid someone else directly, not UPS so there's no way that UPS would refund you anything.  I don't think there's really much else you can do at this point.
