Question:

Could i go from 175 to about 125/130 in 20-22 weeks? ?

i'm kind of tall(a little over 5'7") i have a small frame but i'm athletic so my current weight doesn't look that bad but being 130 would be a whole lot healthier for me. could i drop that amount of weight by then if i'm dedicated? i plan to start working out tomorrow since i go back to college and have access to a gym and will be in a routine. i really want to be healthy and feel s**y. and it doesn't hurt that i got accepted to a school in the same state as my ex and i want to show up looking great and rub it in his face lol ;). it's cruel but i just can't resist this time.

  1. If you stick to a strict diet you should be able to make your goal. Keep to a strict diet. It's 90% what you eat and 10% working out. However allow your self 1 cheat day a week. this will keep you looking forward to getting to eat what you want when you want compared to the same thing every day. I've been on my new diet for about 3 weeks and i went from 210 to 183. It doesnt hurt to get a fat burner if you really want too. I used to take thermolean hardcore.. It wasnt bad. Drink coffee as well. Caffiene is the number 1 natural fat burner. Green tea isn't  bad either. If you want to get hardcore go for a jog in the mornings on an empty stomach. the key is to eat 4-6 meals a day. small meals though. You have to tweek your metabolism, so dont not eat, I hope this helped you some what, I realize your a girl and im sure we have different goals in what we want our body to look like, as you said you want to be s**y, i wanna be big lol. but you will get the results you truely want if you push your self.   2. Stick to a strict low carb high protein diet. You can drink coffee as a natural fat burner, but do after a work and not as a food supplement. I notice big difference when I did that way. Also, get some protein powder you have that as a snack it will keep you full until you have your lunch or dinner. I drink BSN protein one of the best on the market.     Thanks for your comment on my question. You definately can reach this goal, or get very close to it. I'm just over 5'7" as well, and I can tell you, you already look great at 175.. especially if you're athletic. What was your ex thinking?? Dork! I know you know this, but do it for yourself. Let your ex's raging jealousy/regret/remorse be a nice side effect. ;)

    I went from 205 to 140 and am planning to lose 10 more pounds. I did that in 8 months, but I'm sure it could have been done faster. I did it through exersizing 6-7 days a week, doing an hour of cardio and about 15 minutes of crunches/light weight lifting. The biggest thing I'd attribute to my success was my diet. I counted calories, and kept my sugar and carbs intake to a minimum (with the exception of fruit). Protein is a natural appetite suppressant. Lean meats (chicken, turkey, fish) and beans rock. I also love "Mlis" protein shakes. They are seriously delicious and a great source when you're not in the mood for meat.
