  1. In what way are you using the credit card numbers that are not yours? If you are using them for goods or services (including access to pay websites), then you're committing a crime.

What do you think happens to people who commit crimes, the judge smiles and pats their hands? Not often.

You won't go to jail at 15, but you could easily be removed from your home and sent to live in a juvenile facility for a while. There you'll be around kids who are junior thugs, capable of hurting anybody who won't give them what they want. Your education will be seriously sidetracked, since the good teachers don't want to teach there. And your parents' hearts will be broken.

Stop doing it, today, and don't ever do it again.

  2. Why would you ask a question that you have to already know the answer to?

  3. yes

  4. I'm pretty sure you could go to jail if you are caught because that is considered fraud. If you're not paying for it under your name it is a crime. But hey, I mean if you don't get caught you're safe right? But be careful, just get your own credit cards. Or get a job when you turn 16.  I just saw catch me if you can and recently turned paranoid. LOL just be careful please!

  5. you'd be liable for all purchases and fees. And yes...jail is awaiting you! You should go for what your doing. Get a job and earn your way like the rest of us.

  6. In short, YES.

  7. yes,if the cards are not in your name whos signature are you authorizing. It has nothing to do with hacking. What have you used the cards for?

in the first sentence it says you have been using the cards and in the last sentence it says I havent done anything.

  8. yeah if you get caught. What are u doing with a credit card at the age of 15 anyway you should be worrying about your homework or what movie you want to see with your guy friends not what will happen if you use someone elses credit card number. You sound a bit fishy maybe you are using someones credit card to get what you want. Are you? If you get caught you will go to jail and its called fraud.

  9. of course you can go to jail, its called fraud. if you're name isn't on the account or you are not an authorized user then you definitely get into big trouble. Trust me they will catch up to you, especially if you are using a computer. So if you are going so then i advise you to stop asap!!! Its not worth it, trust me

  10. Well, for sure you could get charged for fraud and maybe theft. I don't think you would stay in jail for very long, but probation and restitution for all the charges that you rang up on someone else's numbers could be devastating to your future, and career!
