Could i have my period while i am pergnant?

sometimes thats how people dont even no theyre preggers coz they still get their period

Yes, as a matter of fact you can still have your period while pregnant....It's not common but some women do....

I've known several women who had their period atleast through half of their pregnancy and sometimes the full term.

yes you can its just very very light its not like a normal period.

my sister had a period for the first 4 months of her pregnancy

It is possible.  My Aunt had her period through all three of her pregancies.  her doctor thought that she had a tumor until they did an ultrasound and saw it was a baby.
