Could i have pnemonia?

yea i probably spelled it wrong...pronounced namonia ! anyways i swam ALOT over summer and still do on most weekends (could i have something in my lungs?) ....and well lately (since last night) my chest has been getting little sharp pains when i breath in...ESPECIALLY when i use my nose and it has been towards the bottom and also left side of my chest 9 out of 10 percent

You should go see your doctor.  It might not be pneumonia, but it sounds like something you should have checked out.
