Could i have testicular cancer?

i am a 17 year old ...i had pain in my testicles awhile ago and decided to go to my doctor he saw nothing...then i went to the hospital because it continued...turns out i was constipated...i am over the constipation...yesterday i went to the urologist and he checked for a hernia...and he touched the testicles and examined and everything...i have had back aches and ab pain as well as leg also,,i told each of them all of this....im so paranoid they missed something and i have cancer...my t******e feels swollen but i think it may all be in my head...and lately i have been overly horny lol...i dont know?..should i be worried?...your opinion are appreciated? oo and by the way there are no bumps or lumps

Get a second opinion, but not a doctor in the same clinic.  Go to another urologist.

Just doesn't hurt to get a second opinion.
