  1. absolutely u will

depending on what size u are, u might look bulkier tho.

    u will deffo tone up!

but expect to get half to one size up especially if u dnt change ur diet.

  2. Yes running will help, but only if you do change your diet. How is your diet, if it is good then running will certainly help but if it is bad then the running won't be as effective. If you do start running you will need to fuel your body with good foods. It is like a car. If you fuel it with good food or fuel it will go further, but if you fuel it with c**p, then what is the point. Like anything, losing weight is hard and isn't as simple as just running everyday. I hope this helps you.

  3. as long as you burn off more calories than you eat, you will lose weight.

  4. well that depends on your diet    if your eating a bunch of c**p it will be slow  but other wise yah.  JUST GO FOR IT

  5. yea just stop eating alot o junk food

  6. At 5 miles you would burn about 100 calories per mile, so that's 500 calories. You would lose maybe a pound a week if your diet was set at a specific number of total calorie intake and you stuck to that intake every single day. Just think how much you would lose if you ate a better, lower calorie diet AND ran those miles or worked out.

  7. Yah, maybe 7-10 pounds depending on what u do after you run and what you eat. I think you would get better results if you did beefed up suicides say 25 yrds. back, 50 yrds. back 100 yrds, you get the idea.

  8. as long as u dont eat too much junk food then ya

  9. of course you would, id still change your diet a little (not much)

btw if you did you'd be in good shape
