Could i make it through selection and Special Forces training?

Question

I am a 21B (combat engineer)./Demolitions expert. I am in shape and can train for almost anything. But i know its near impossible to make it through SF training. I dont know what to ask really. What can i expect? Is it mainly mental, or physical?

I heard you have to ruck march with 130 pound sacks, true or false? And how the h**l would I do that if i only weigh 145 with a lil frame?

The high washout rate is because of mental breakdowns, not physical.
