you do look plain Jane in this pictures and where's the body ??

probably with make up and style , you are 5'7 high is good .

maybe make a portfolio of your self and go to a model agency and check it out.

i dont know a whole lot about modeling. i did acting for awhile and i think that could help any aspiring model. however, i do watch a lot of america's next top model.  personally, i think you are interesting and intriguing looking.  somewhat european. i was under the impression that 5'7 was the minimum height for models these days.  i know they are just getting taller and thinner.  i think you have  a good shot. its a lot of work.  dont try to take the easy way out....theres no such thing in that business that's why i got out. it has to be in your heart...by the way, dont listen to those people that said you need makeup, i think you look great with out it!

Editorial modeling, no.  You're too short, period.  But commercial modeling, yes, absolutely you could do well.  The competition is killer, so take some acting classes so you will have a better shot at TV commercials etc, and also to learn how to project whatever mood a shoot requires, but don't waste your money on "modeling schools" etc. which are only out there to get money with false promises from wannabe's.
