Could i possibly be having a heart attack soon?

Question

when im going to sleep at night. i get these cramps in my upper chest, right around where my heart is. im only 16 and im very healthy.

play lots of sports. just when i get these cramps i can't move and it hurts my heart , or feels like it. idk what this is and it relly bothering me. what should i do and what might it be caused by?

I feel to be on the safe side you should tell your parents and set up an appointment with a doctor, preferably a cardiologist.  Heart disease affects not only older adults but affects anyone no matter what age.  The sooner you make the appointment the better.  Hope this helps.

It is your feelings, just do not try to think about it somedays. You will be all right.

You will not get heart attack....
