okay, first off i'm an 8th grade boy,
and i recently ran a 2400 (6 laps) in 7:40, and my mile split was 5 minutes flat.
and then a couple of days ago, i ran a 4:51 mile (1600).
so i was wondering if i could go a bit faster in the mile, since i only ran 9 seconds slower in the 2400?
