  1. Grow up and take some responsibility for your own actions.  Stop trying to place the blame for your behavior on someone else.  The military did not cause you to behave this way, it was your choice.

  2. So according to you the military forced you to drink? You are an addict and it's no one elses fault. You can blame the military and society as much as you want....but you are responsible for what you've done to yourself.

  3. Go to the VA hospital they will give you the treatment you need your now a veteran.

  4. No, you can not sue the military, it states in all military contracts that you can not. Honestly you need to take responsibility for your actions, and the only help you may be able to get is psychological counseling from the VA. Other then that the military doesn't owe you anything.

  5. No one makes you drink thats no body elses responsibilty....Its called self infliction, You get the help you need you can get in to a rehab without money I have had a few family members in your shoes Im not trying to critisize

  6. How about you grow up and take responsibility for YOUR actions?

As a former member of the Armed Forces, you know you can't sue them............

  7. It is your responsibility to make sure you keep the VA updated on your issues, not the other way around.  If you had a pending medical problem you should have gone to the VA right away.

So what if the military knew you had a drinking problem.  Your acknowledgment of that only proves that you too knew of your drinking problem.  You should have sought help if you knew you needed it.

I have no sympathy for people who drink and drive.  It's pretty simple, if you have a drink, DON'T drive!!!  I could not care less if you kill yourself, but it's my family and friends that I worry about.  I would not sue the military if you crashed into us, I'd sue you (or rather make sure you were put in jail and never allowed out again, that'd be better than any monetary amount!)

  8. ROFL..

    LOL..

    Give me a break..

You got caught DUI on base and knew it....

    Then you got discharged...

Then you had an accident while DUI....

Sorry bud  but you had a drinking problem, you knew about it and you went and did a drunk driving again..

Be a Man,  take responsibility for yourself.

You are a drunk...deal with it....stop trying to blame it on the military..

  9. The primary obligation was YOURS.....not theirs..... The military has no obligation to treat a condition YOU created.....they will give you help if you seek it but are not obliged to force treatment on you for your own good..... Your alcohol dependency was NOT a result of your military job but a voluntary personal act.

The military will diagnose you as "overweight".....even discharge you for it......BUT they are not responsible for it YOU are..... if you later suffer a heart attack as a result of your over eating.....they are not responsible for that either....

You need to STOP blaming others and take charge of YOUR life......take responsibility for your actions or inactions..... YOU are the commander of YOU

  10. you cannot sue the military.  and no, the military doesn't have any obligation to you.  YOU did this to yourself .  you have every opportunity to fight the discharge, and failing that.. seek help your own self.

  11. lol you obviously knew you needed help you choose not to get it..you decided to drink and drive...you did all of that to yourself..i know cigs are bad for me i still smoke..can i sue the store where i bought them ..umm no....you just want someone else to give you money..get a job

  12. You going to live your whole life blaming everybody else for your problems???   They OWE you??????   Dream on!
