  1. A shame you can't. They would probably send you both to impound! Seriously, I once went to a very small college where animals were welcome--at least on the grounds. Once we were overcrowded, sitting on the floor, door open. Suddenly on the end of a lead wandered in the largest mastiff I have ever seen. The poor girl near me glanced about and looked *up* at the dog's face. She nearly had a poo in her knickers on the spot.

  2. Sure. Why not, it will probably liven the place up to have a bunch of scaredy cats running down the halls to get away from the big mean english bull terrier. Of course the college administration might not look too kindly on this happening though.

Good luck and have a wonderful day.

  3. Simple, dark glass's and a white stick.

  4. They'd mind.  They'd send you home with him.

If you were allowed to bring your pet, then so could everyone else. Pretty soon it would be a zoo, not a college.

  5. i think they would mind

  6. What makes you think a college campus would allow animals?

  7. No, someone may be allergic and stuff. You have to respect the boundaries, I'm afraid. (I suggested a bring your pet to work week, but we're not even allowed a fish in our class)

  8. No you cannot. Unless your dog is a service dog or part of an experiment, pets/animals are restricted from being indoors at most public places. I'm actually surprise that you're even contemplating it.... The answer is no, no, no, no. Be a big girl, leave the dog at home & get an education so you can buy it food :)

  9. try and telll us what happent

  10. Even if dogs are allowed it isn't fair to bring him with you if he is going to be left on his own for long periods of time.  He will start to bark and become destructive because he is bored.  Leave him with your parents (assuming he is now with them) and even though you will miss him he is better off not being left alone.

  11. I doubt any of your professors would allow a dog in the classroom unless it was "helping" dog such as a seeing eye dog or one who assisted the disabled.  You could try to explain the circumstances but you'd still be turned away.   You'd be better of leaving it at home anyway.  Can't it stay home alone while you're in class?   I'm sure if you just showed up with a dog to class, the professor would ask you to leave.

  12. they will mind quite alot

  13. I'm sure it would be fine on it's own at home. You could pop home at lunchtime or between classes to check on it and feed it, but you shouldn't take it into college because... well it's not allowed.

  14. No, they would mind.

If the dog can't be trusted to be alone in the house for a short amount of time it should really be crate trained. It's not as cruel as it sounds - the crate becomes a little 'den' for the animal.

  15. No, don't take it to school.

Yes, they would mind since school is not for pets, only students and teachers.

If you cannot leave it alone or with a sitter, then start looking for a kennel. Cost? Yes, dogs are going to cost you money, time, cleaning, sleep, furniture damage, carpet damage, lawn damage, door and screen damage, etc., but you knew that when you got the dog.

  16. "well behaved" famous last words a postman hears regarding dogs

you shouldnt have a dog if you cant look after it

what if everybody just turned up at college with their dog or cat or horse  or pet mouse do you think they would mind.
