Could i use a 12vdc adapter for a 24vdc adapter?

i have a self amp paging horn that needs a 24vdc power.

Please give additional information. Are you trying to connect to a 24 volt truck system? What are you using the 24 volts for? If you connect 24 volts to a 12 volt device you will probably blow it up. If you connect 12 volts to a 24 volt device it will probably not work and you could easily damage it.

No.  If you need a 24vdc adapter a 12vdc adapter will not do.

Depends what it is you are using it on, we test small 24v volt solenoids with a 12v one.
