Could it be German Measles?

My baby is 11months old who had measles last week. This morning I noticed red patches on her, some on her back, on her legs and arms. The redness is not pinpoint like the rashes when she had measles, I even thought it was just a mosquito bite or an insect bite but then it spreads and disappeared afterwards and appeared again this afternoon. The redness appears in groups in her skin with insect like bites inside the rash. please help

For crying out loud go to a doctor.  Why on earth are you asking strangers if your child has a dangerous disease?
