So I have a book that I'm reading right now... yes I'm the geek of geeks... Its a book on wireless communications. Well the book describes wireless as having digital signals from transmitter to receiver. But going over airwaves the signal has to be analog, or at least I thought. Could there be a modem in there to make the data go from digital to analog to get over the air and then modulate back into digital when it gets to the receiver? I'm basing it off of AM/FM radio.
