Could it be possible for a person to be born who doesn't require food

there have been a lot of strange occurrences like people born with different color eyes or people who are born both s*x's or born with eight limbs or something I know this question seems dumb and all but anything can happen right

impossible everything needs food to live or some other form of energy plants use photosynthesis (think i spelled it right)

No.  That is impossible.  Every living thing requires energy, and animals get it from the food they eat.

yes anything can happen but this will most likly not. just as i cannot sprout wings and fly. all things need food. it provides energy (all living things). without it our body doesnt work.
