Could it be possible for me to be atleast a preschool teacher even if I'm only 2nd yr. college?

It depends on your major. If you major in Early Childhood Education you can teach. Im not sure what programs Manila offers though youd have to look into that

In the US you can become a substitute teacher with a two year degree for K-12. The money is better for sure.

You sure can! Maybe not a lead teacher at first. But most preschools require a HS diploma. It's a good way to get a start in education, make money while going to school, and stay involved in education.
