  1. in the theory of evolution is true, then no, it would have been impossible. The dinosaurs all went exctinct about 65 million years ago when a giant heavenly body crashed into earth, in what is now known as the yucatan peninsula. this massive crash wiped out 90% of all life on earth. The ten percent that survived were mostly mammals, birds, reptiles and fish, which eventually took over as the most dominant animals on earth because they no longer had competition from the dinosaurs. The only reason humans exist today is because of this mass extinction caused by the asteroid. if this asteroid never hit earth, humans would never have existed.

PS: scientists estimate that there will be a low-level mass extinction on earth because of something hitting us approximately every 30 million years.

    hope that helps!

  2. No, they couln't. Dinosaurs became extinct long before humans appeared on earth.

  3. no.fromthe bible,we xan see that dinos existed in the pre-historic world( before the time of adam)

  4. Dinosaurs died out at the end of the Cretaceous, 65 million years ago. Anatomically modern humans did not appear until at least 200,000 years ago. Even if you stretch it to mean hominoids, the earliest apes appeared about 25 million years  So, no.

  5. Maybe they did, that would easily explain why all the dinosaurs died off.

    We kill everything.

  6. If you where a superhero what powers would you have?

    ignorance is bliss

  7. Only in Hollywood and in cartoons...

    Why not?

Well, if you believe in the Bible, then there were no dinosaurs.

Otherwise, it is not known what happened to the large dinosaurs.  There are theories, such as they died after a large meteor/asteroid struck the Yucatan area of Mexico millions of years ago, kicking up dust that blotted out the sun (a change of climate), killing their food supplies from the bottom up (starting with vegetation).

Evolution theories indicate the smaller dinosaurs who remained may have been the ancestors to birds (as implied by the fossils of archaeopteryx).

Modern humans have only walked the earth for under 1 million years.  The large dinosaurs last stood around 100 million years ago.

Note that there is one remaining dinosaur left on the Earth.  It is called the sphenodon, or tuatara, living in New Zealand.  Research it.  You may find it interesting...

  8. That should be Man, not men.  And no.  Dinosaurs, for the greater part died off over 65 million years ago.  That is way before primates began to show up.  Humans are a young species.  Our humanoid ancestors can be dated back about 10 million years.  Modern man, Homo sapiens, has only been a species for less than a million years.  So as you can see the time lines are very different.  The proof of this is abundant.

  9. Dinosaurs all died out during the Cretaceous. Using the broadest definition of "men", they did not appear until the Pliocene, much later.

As to why, most of us are agreed that climate change wiped out the dinosaurs. Beyond that, there is little agreement.

  10. in dreams only

  11. Not unless you believe in creationist claptrap. The last dinosaurs became extinct around 65 million years ago - millions of years before any form of hominid evolved. Incidentally, Stegosaurus and Triceratops did not live at the same time. Stegosaurus lived during the Jurassic period, Triceratops during the Cretaceous. They were separated by millions of years.

In response to Adam Zampino's answer, the tuatara is not a dinosaur, or even closely related to them. It is a primitive reptile which is sometimes described as a 'living fossil', since it has existed almost unchanged since the time of the dinosaurs. The living creatures most closely related to dinosaurs are crocodiles and birds. Also, his timeline is a little off - he states that large dinosaurs died out 100 million years ago. Actually, one of the last species to die out at the end of the Cretaceous (65 million years ago) was the famous Tyrannosaurus - definitely a large dinosaur. There were many others, too, I'm just using Tyrannosaurus as an example as it's so famous. He also says 'the smaller dinosaurs who remained may have been the ancestors to birds'. In fact, birds had already evolved several million years before dinosaurs became extinct.
