Could my personal representative for carrying out the wishes in my will be from another country ?

Could a guardian that will take care of my minor children after I am gone be from another country?

Its your personal wish so yes, though is it possible / practical for this to happen if you passed

You say "from" not "in" - if your represenative is "from another country, but living here, yes, they can carry out your wishes.  BUT on the other hand - if he is "IN" another country, he would have to travel to this country, and be able to understand our laws as far as Wills go. Some relative already living here, may have something to say about that!
