I just discovered some random chunks of fur in my rabbits cage, so could my female rabbit be pregnant? If so, how long until she has the babies if she is starting to build a nest?

  1. Did it come in contact with a male if it did then it is probably pregnant

  2. It looks like your bunny has morning sickness. Try getting a pet pregnancy test from your local pet store.

I just hope the father mans up and helps take care of the kids.

  3. 0ya if its a girl now answer my qus it on abdc who do u think will leave tonite

  4. i dont know, see a vet.

  5. If your rabbit has been in contact with a male rabbit then posibly to make sure put your hand on your rabbits lower belly and feel for any movement. Rabbits are pregnant for 31 days so a month so think back to when she was in contact or it could be 1 to 2 weeks. Altough this may be a phontom pregnancy this is when the rabbit thinks that she is pregnant and builds a nest and when the time comes that she thinks she should give birth and doesnt she may feel sad/ depressed for a couple of days but she will soon return to her old self.

    Hope I helped :D

  6. She could be stressed or having a phantom pregnancy or have fleas.

Being a rabbit, she is most probably pregnant. You won't have long to find out; about 6 weeks if I remember correctly.

  7. Rabbits do shed, and they also groom themselves.  If the chunks of fur are just random, as opposed to having a nest appearance, I would think it is just normal shedding.  You can try putting a box in the cage to see if she builds a nest in the box.

  8. She may be having a false pregnancy but you should have her spayed asap just in case http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/r...
