  1. It is possible on planets with lesser gravitational pull and even on the moon.

Down on the earth this feat can be achieved if they are using trampolines to jump on....but other than that.....NO WAY

  2. I did it once on coke

  3. Merely a factoid to add to the previous answers:  on Earth, it isn't possible for a human being to jump to to a height equal to two times of his or her own height.

Therefore, even a 7-foot individual couldn't jump to fourteen feet, let alone twenty.

Ahh, the wonders of special effects!

  4. No, only in the movies, but it looks good. if they could then they would be in the High Jump in the Olympics.

  5. Lol, no. The world record for the high jump is eight feet and a half. It's a good movie though.

  6. it's call special effects, no one can actually do it

  7. Only with a hidden belt and wires to pull one up, I'm afraid.

  8. the answerer are right. it is just special effects, some sort of imaginations of the directors of the movie in order to emphasize how Kung Fu masters have mastered their techniques. It is just used to make emphasis and to give thrill to viewers. but in real life, it couldn't be.

  9. No, Chinese actors are on wires. Some jump into tops of tall trees and buildings. No one ever really did that.
