  1. uh YEA. your outta shape, meaning u gotta get in shape. getting in shape means running, doin tennis drills and more running. running works the heart. it mite not kill u bt it wnt feel good either.


  2. yes it could if you push your self to hard so if you start getting short of breath just rest for minute and catch your breath. and make sure you have plenty of water with you so you wont dehydrate. just take it slow for while untill you get in better shape

  3. Yes but if you are out of shape tennis is a great way to get in shape so long as you take it easy for a while, such as just rallying and then gradually build it up and play a few games, then a 5 set match!, when you feel fit and ready like Nadal or Federer

  4. absolutely....tennis is extremely tiring and requires a great deal of fitness to play effectively.  

  5. The heart is a muscle.  To strengthen a muscle, you have to strain it.  If you are out of shape, tennis is a great way of getting in shape, but everything should be taken in moderation. If you overworked a muscle, you risk injury - like a muscle strain, pull, or tear. Take it easy, and try not to do too much too soon.
