Could she.....please help???

My niece is having alot of trouble sleeping she recently twisted her arm.She usually takes 2-3 ibuprofen pm's to make her sleep shes 13 and weighs 140-145 some where in that area i was wondering if she could take 4 ibuprofen pm's to help or will that make her sick???thanks for your help:)

I would suggust calling a health line to get a more accurate answer. Also you could try to get her to focus on something besides her arm. I'm thirteen too and I broke my arm last year. If I watched a good movie and had some popcorn, I wouldn't think about my arm. Try something like that with her!

um....it depends on the dosage of ibuprofen...

if she is 13 she shouldnt take more than 200 mgs....
