Could she use her brother's contacts???

My daughter is 10 years old. My daughters half brother is 25. Could she try on his NEW contacts. She's getting glasses at the end of next week...

They both have the same eye number. 1.25 Thanks. Im about to go to Wal Mart. so...

  1. I'd see if the optometrist has some samples instead.  It's easy to pass eye infections along by trying on someone else's contacts.


  2. Probably not just because everybody's eye is a different diameter so they might be to big or small and give her the wrong idea.  Usually if you just recently had an eye exam, eye docs will give free contact fittings and samples.  When you go and pick up the glasses, you should ask if there is any fee.
